Our customers as electrical system, and automatic control system with cooperation, dedication, and experience. We understand customer’s needs. Moreover, all employees are aware of service quality, and also safety in order to meet customer satisfaction. We operate our company under the strategic development of the following:
Technology
We apply the up to date innovation and technology using in operations such as Auto CAD, and Microsoft Project to ensure that our work meets quality standard and delivers the project on time.
Quality Management
We focus on quality of service, so quality management systems are used, for example 5S, Kaizen, Balance score card etc. Our company has been certified standards ISO 9001: Version 2000 since
27 September 2006, and approved as version ISO 9001: Version 2015 since 6 March 2018.
Health and Safety Managemnt
We focus first on health and safety for customers, employees and involving people. We operate under the health and safety management OHSAS 18001: 2007 to bring safety and healthy to customers, employees, and all those involved.
Customer Relationship
We have established customer relationship team to conduct activities with customers. We also do a survey on customer satisfaction and use the data to improve our performance. Moreover, we established Call Center to increase the ease of communication with us for 7 days 24 hours.
